During her stay in Ireland, Fiorella's tenure coincided with Byron Ledezma's arrival, initiating a rich exchange of ideas. Despite challenges like driving on unfamiliar roads or experience very cold weather, Byron found support from his colleagues, who readily shared their experiences.
As Luis returned to Costa Rica, equipped with fresh insights gained abroad, he helped ease Byron's transition upon joining the team. Fiorella later brought back valuable knowledge to enhance operations upon her return.
