Freudenberg Medical Opens Business Development Office in Singapore
Expanding to serve customers in Southeast Asia
Kaiserslautern – January 29, 2018 – Freudenberg Medical, a global manufacturer of medical devices, components, and minimally invasive solutions for the medical device industry, has expanded their footprint in Asia with the opening of a Business Development office in Singapore.
Freudenberg Medical opened a Singapore office in order to better serve existing customers in Asia as well as to grow new business in the region by leveraging their state-of-the-art production facility in Shenzhen, China. “Singapore has become a regional R&D hub for many medical device and pharmaceutical companies,” said David Lau, Sales Director Asia-Pacific at Freudenberg Medical. “We see significant business potential in Southeast Asia and Singapore provides us with an ideal base to grow alongside the medical device market in this region.”
