Here is a window into our family-owned and socially responsible company run by real people with a commitment to our customers and products as well as to serving our community. Freudenberg Medical associates embody our Guiding Principles every day and this is what drives a successful, values-based organization.
Co-ops / Interns
We’re always looking for next-generation thinkers who can help push our business into the future. With hands-on, career-specific experience in fields such as engineering, procurement, human resources, and other administrative roles, students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential and reach their career goals with our company.
Our goal is to hire co-ops upon graduation — particularly those who have demonstrate the attributes and desired skills needed to fill available full-time positions — as well as those who have educational and professional experience that align with our company and community.
We encourage students — both Bachelor and Master level — to apply for open positions. Interested candidates should apply online or visit us at an upcoming college career fair.
“This Co-op has given me the opportunity to get hands-on experience as well as see more of what engineering is outside of the classroom. One of the greatest benefits of being at Freudenberg Medical as a Co-op is that I am able to interact with so many people in different departments and understand what they do and how that department contributes to the company as a whole.”

“I enjoyed the Co-op program because it allowed me to relate the knowledge I was learning in classes with real life applications. The transition from Co-op to full-time employee was relatively seamless as I already had a firm grasp of the system and culture of the company.”
“The Co-op program is such a unique opportunity to gain experience in the Engineering world. I’m able to work on real projects and see my efforts have a real impact. As I approach graduation, I feel confident that the Co-op program has prepared me for any career I may pursue.”
