Freudenberg Medical established its first 36,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Costa Rica in 2012, offering precision thermoplastic molding, thermoplastic extrusion and medical device sub-assembly. To meet growing customer demand we expanded with a second 50,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in September 2025, featuring ISO Class 7 cleanrooms for high volume catheter manufacturing.
