Kaiserslautern provides advanced silicone molding and extrusion, along with thermoplastic molding capabilities. 

The site produces single- and multi-lumen extrusions, profiles, co-extrusions, and braided tubing. Molding processes include LSR, HCR, and two-shot molding of LSR and thermoplastics, as well as insert and over-molding—all supported by automation. Secondary operations such as assembly, pad printing, punching, and coating further enhance product readiness.

Kaiserslautern offers comprehensive engineering services, including project management, material science, design, tooling, and quality assurance. The site works with platinum-cured implant, conductive, medical, and pharmaceutical-grade silicones, partnering with all major silicone manufacturers to provide a broad material portfolio.

With 11 silicone molding machines ranging from 15 to 180 tons, the site operates ISO Class 8 cleanrooms and holds ISO 13485, 14001, and 45001 certifications—demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, environmental stewardship, and occupational health.
