Coyol

Thermoplastic Molding, Extrusion and Catheter Manufacturing

Two manufacturing sites in Costa Rica support extensive catheter finishing operations such as over molding, tip forming, bonding, laser bonding and welding, as well as laser and pad printing. Coyol handles finished device and sub-assembly manufacturing, including packaging, assembly, validation, and qualification. The site also manages sterilization services to ensure product safety. It currently operates 16 injection molding machines ranging from 28 to 350 tons, maintaining high production flexibility.

Coyol’s cleanroom environment meets ISO Class 7 & ISO Class 8 standards, and holds ISO 13485, 14001, and 45001 certifications along with FDA registration. The site produces high-volume minimally invasive catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies, supporting efficient scale-up and consistent quality.

To further meet growing customer demand for reliable near-shoring and high-volume catheter manufacturing, we opened a second facility in Coyol in September 2025.
