The site offers proprietary T.I.M.ETM scientific molding process development and rapid prototyping, supported by a controlled environment metrology lab. With 54 molding machines ranging from 5 to 350 tons, Baldwin Park handles complex medical components and finished devices, featuring automated cavity separation, assembly, packaging, and in-line inspection capabilities. It maintains ISO Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms and holds ISO 13485, 14001, 45001 certifications, as well as FDA and CDPH registrations.
This site specializes in intricate, low-volume parts via its Modular Insert Mold System, blending automation with stringent quality controls to deliver high precision molding solutions.
